How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed to order. Production takes 2-3 business days, then delivery is 2-4 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your bag. You always see the exact amount before paying.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, before it enters production. Send your order number through the form on the Returns & Cancellations page as soon as possible.
Can I return an item?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition; return postage is paid by you. Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo.
What are digital prints?
Digital prints are high-resolution files you buy and download instantly. After checkout you receive a download link by email. You can print them at home or at any print shop. No shipping, no waiting.
Can I return a digital print?
For digital products the 14-day right of withdrawal ends as soon as you start downloading the file. If the file is corrupted or you never received the download link, contact us and we will resend or refund it.
Which size should I pick?
Our tees and hoodies have a modern, slightly relaxed fit. Each product page has a size guide with measurements in cm — if you're between sizes, size up for an oversized look.
How should I wash the print?
Wash inside out at 30°C, no bleach, don't iron directly on the print, and skip the tumble dryer. The print stays sharp for years.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Available destinations and rates appear at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, which are paid by the recipient.
