RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Tell us first using the form below — we reply with the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer; we refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or is the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo. We reprint and reship it free of charge — you don't have to send anything back.
Cancelling an order
Every piece is printed to order, so cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, before it enters production. Send the form below with your order number as soon as possible.
Digital prints
Digital products are delivered instantly. The 14-day right of withdrawal ends as soon as you start downloading the file. If the download link is missing, the file is corrupted, or you never downloaded it, contact us and we will resend or refund it.
What isn't covered
Wear and tear, washing damage, and items returned worn, washed or altered. Wrong size chosen at checkout falls under the 14-day withdrawal above, not under a free replacement.
