Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the store currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Limited runs
Capsules are produced in limited quantities. Sold-out pieces may not be restocked.
Intellectual property
All graphics, artwork and brand assets are owned by Collectorfy and may not be reproduced without permission.
Withdrawal & cancellations
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; return postage is paid by the customer. Items are printed to order, so cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. Full details on the Returns & Cancellations page.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
